BTA is committed to sustaining a working environment that enhances the health and wellbeing of our staff.

Recent research suggests that work/life balance initiatives improve the "bottom line" of companies that utilise appropriate programs.

At BTA, we believe that healthy and happy staff perform better in their jobs and stay with our organisation longer – that means less work related stress and better business outcomes.

Our Work Life Balance strategy includes the following initiatives:

Flexible work options

Loyalty leave: Employees with more than 3 years service are entitles to one extra day of annual leave per year up to a maximum of 5 days at the completion of 7 years service.

Purchased leave: Staff can salary sacrifice either one or two weeks’ of additional annual leave, with a corresponding reduction in Gross Annual salary.

Paid parental leave: This leave is available after a qualifying period.
