Steele Baillie
Managing Director

Steele Baillie is the Managing Director of BTA Recruitment. With over 15 years in business management, has developed a broad skill set covering variety of industries. Steele commenced his career in Melbourne, before heading offshore for six years of International experience. While offshore Steele worked in a variety of positions within BTA from Divisional Manager to Regional Manager mainly in the UK.

After a successful International career returned back home to Australia as the Managing Director. Steele is proud to lead the largest sales recruitment firm in Australia which boosts market leading initiatives. After 10 years within the BTA business Steele has been the driving force of market expansion into new sectors. This provides a huge opportunity for the business to adopt winning formulas to exciting new sectors.

Working closely with BTA's long established clients to improve recruitment, retention, leadership, HR, training and advisory areas. Steele is a keen student of world wide recruitment trends and regularly speaks on these topics. Extremely passionate about the recruitment industry with a focus on improving the service for candidates and clients alike.

Jade Green                        
National Operations Manager/NSW State Manager
Australia

Jade Green joined bta in 2009 as the National Operations Manager and in January 2010 has also taken on the NSW State Manager responsibilities.

Jade brings bta over 5 years Sales and Executive Recruitment experience gained in both NSW and VIC with a direct competitor. Starting as a consultant and working her way up to General Manager, Jade's impressive fee generation and team leading abilities paved the way to her success in starting up new interstate offices and being extremely influential in significant year on year growth for her previous company.

Jade, who had spent the past 3.5 years as the General Manager for the rival sales recruiter is excited about joining the bta team and will be a driving force behind innovation and expansion over the next 12 months. Based out of the Sydney office Jade will have national responsibilities across a combination of sales management and operational duties with a key focus on the training and development of staff to ensure that the bench mark for sales recruitment in Australia is raised to a higher level of professionalism.

Jade is currently implementing new procedures and streamlining bta's operations, and will play a crucial role for bta moving forward as the market recovers.
